Export your data from WooCommerce
WooCommerce includes a built-in product CSV exporter. For orders you can use the free Order Export plugin or export directly from WordPress.
Export products
- In your WordPress admin go to Products โ All Products.
- Click Export at the top of the page.
- Choose which columns to include and set any filters.
- Click Generate CSV. The file will download automatically.
Export orders (built-in)
- Go to WooCommerce โ Orders.
- Filter orders by date or status if needed.
- WooCommerce does not ship with a full order CSV export by default. See the plugin option below.
The free WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export plugin adds a one-click CSV export for orders under WooCommerce โ Export.
Using a plugin
- Install Store Exporter Deluxe or WooCommerce Customer / Order Export from the WordPress plugin directory.
- Go to WooCommerce โ Export (or the plugin menu).
- Choose Orders as the export type.
- Set date range and click Export to CSV.
Upload to Databird
- Open the Dashboard.
- Drag the exported CSV onto the upload zone.
- Numeric columns like
order_totalandquantitywill be analysed immediately.
