Export your data from WooCommerce

WooCommerce includes a built-in product CSV exporter. For orders you can use the free Order Export plugin or export directly from WordPress.

Export products

  1. In your WordPress admin go to Products โ†’ All Products.
  2. Click Export at the top of the page.
  3. Choose which columns to include and set any filters.
  4. Click Generate CSV. The file will download automatically.

Export orders (built-in)

  1. Go to WooCommerce โ†’ Orders.
  2. Filter orders by date or status if needed.
  3. WooCommerce does not ship with a full order CSV export by default. See the plugin option below.
The free WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export plugin adds a one-click CSV export for orders under WooCommerce โ†’ Export.

Using a plugin

  1. Install Store Exporter Deluxe or WooCommerce Customer / Order Export from the WordPress plugin directory.
  2. Go to WooCommerce โ†’ Export (or the plugin menu).
  3. Choose Orders as the export type.
  4. Set date range and click Export to CSV.

Upload to Databird

  1. Open the Dashboard.
  2. Drag the exported CSV onto the upload zone.
  3. Numeric columns like order_total and quantity will be analysed immediately.
