Shopify

Export your data from Shopify

Shopify has built-in export options for orders, products, and customers. All exports produce a CSV you can drop straight into Databird.

Export orders

  1. In your Shopify admin go to Orders.
  2. Use the filters to narrow the date range if needed.
  3. Click Export (top right).
  4. Choose Current page, All orders, or Selected orders.
  5. Select CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs.
  6. Click Export orders. The file will be emailed and available to download.
For large stores the export is sent by email. Check your Shopify account email for the download link.

Export products

  1. Go to Products in the sidebar.
  2. Click Export at the top right.
  3. Choose scope and format, then click Export products.

Export customers

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click Export, pick the scope, and download.

Upload to Databird

  1. Open the Dashboard.
  2. Drag the CSV onto the upload area.
  3. All numeric columns (price, quantity, etc.) will be summarised automatically.
